Deca + Test, PCT

Hi, I've been reading around the forum for probably a month and just now getting around to signing up becuase I have a few questions. I am about to start my first cycle and was wanting some input about the PCT for it.
I'm in the gym atleast 4 days a week / cardio atleast 3 days a week if not more.
5'10 185LBS, probably around 18-20% BF
My Cycle will be: 500mg Test E for 10 weeks, and 200mg Deca for 8 weeks.

I think I read somewhere that I can mix Deca + Test E in 1 shot? Is this correct and is it safe?
Is this a good mild cycle for a first timer?
What would you recommend for the PCT?

Sorry for all the questions, I'm just kinda lost, even after reading thousands of post and I don't want to screw it up. Any replies are appreciated. Thanks

yes, you can technicaly mix any oil based compounds in one shot no problem.. you have a harder time mixing a water based with an oil based (such as winny and test) for obvious reasons. as for PCT the standard PCT listed in any number ofthreads in the PCT section of educational threads will suffice nicely.

you can combine/mix the two.
DECA works best at 2mg per lb of bodyweight.

PCT 3 WEEKS:
CLOMID 100MG WK1, 50MG WK2, 50MG WK3
NOLVA 40MG WK1, 30MG WK2, 20MG WK3

1. you can mix deca and test in 1 shot
2.thats a nice simple cycle for a first timer.
3.PCT 20mgs/day of Nolvadex
Clomid 100mgs/day

both for 30days . START 14 days after your LAST shot of enthanate
