3 surgeries and I still have gyno. need advice

Guys new to the community here and need some advice. I used the search function and found numerous post about gyno and what to take and what not to take. I have had 3 surgeries so far for gyno and my nipples are getting puffy again. My glands are removed so I assume its fat build up. I do not want to have another surgery. If I lost some body fat would this get rid of it? Or do need to take some letro? I just had my blood work done and all my levels are normal. Last year I used some hcg coming off a cycle and thats when they started to puff up and I quickly went on novaldex and it stoped but my nipps are still a little puffy.

Do you keep getting this gyno after a surgery because you use steroids ? or is it just like that out of the blue.. which could mean alot of things if ur blood work is fine

IMO u just need to lose fat.

You needed 3 surgeries to remove the glands?...

If you have extra fat around your lower pecs you should have gotten lipo-suction to which can pe preformed under the same operation.

Some people have natrually puffy nips, but most times its either B/c of glanduar tissue or fat.

Well what happened first was 10 years ago I want to a plastic surgen and he lipoed me first when he should of cut the gland out. My lack of nowledge about gyno and at the time the internet was no loaded with all these resources about it. So he lipo me and poked wholes in the gland and about a year later it came roaring back and thats when I went to another surgen who cut them out. The third sugery was fat the he cut out and a piece of gland that grew back.

I wouldn't do another surgery if i wasnt at 10% BF. its just a bad idea, ur not gonna look good anyway so why bother, even if its free.

Go down to 10%, if ur not happy with ur pecs, go cut that shit out.... but i think u will be happy.

You mean lumps ? they wont go away with your weight... its estrogen related, but u say u dont do steroids and ur estrogen levels in the blood are normal (is it in the low third ? thats what i call normal)

    Do you do narcotics ?
hows your thyroid doing.. everything normal ?
are the lumps there since you were 13-15 years old ?

I dont know what my levels are my doc said they were normal so I will call on monday and get exact figures. No narcotics at all. Thyroid is fine. Never had any lumps until I started using test when I was around 20. When you say lump do you mean fat?? Besides my areola I do not have a lot of fat on my chest.

i'm talking about the shapeless fat tissue under the areola ... thats gyno. that wont respond to weight loss.

You could use letro for a few days and see if it responds, but you said your levels were normal.... try and see, get a few tabs and if the lumps respond, continue till they are gone

Also from now on always run a serm or AI when running a cycle, optimally you should avoid test and only use stuff like winny, var, EQ, mast etc. but thats just being safe.

All those sergouns are scammers only a few actually remove most of the gland and make ur chest look good by using scuplting techniques, that way you can remove almost the entire gland, without aesthetic implications.

Thanks Jason, Do you know how much letro I should take?? I thought I read you need to take this for a few months in order to work and "reverse" the gyno.
