Can't tell if I feel gyno?

    Hi guys,
I've always had a fat chest since I was young around 14. My problem is, I can't tell if its gyno or if its just fat. I can definatly feel "something" underneath the skin, but I can't tell if its just my pec muscle, fat, or gyno? I have no pain at all (but I don't think that makes a difference) and never had. When cycling, nothing changes with it, my nipples don't get puffier or antyhing, they always stay the same "look". I think I have gyno, but all the other signs point to me not having it. Is there any way I can tell if it is gyno or if it is just fat by feeling it?

I noticed gyno when I would accidentally bump up or brush up against my nipple (dam that's hard to type!!) and would feel major pain, way more then I should feel for a small bump. Upon further investation I could feel a bee bee size pellet under my nipple. I suffered until my letro arrived. 1 to 2 weeks on .5 mg and the gyno was completely gone.

    ^^^Agreed.
That extra tissue, regardless of size, is typically painful. Although people often refer to the pea sized ball or bump commonly known as "nodular gyno", or the droopy sloppy man boobs, gyno can also be taut and resemble good chest development as clearly illustrated here. There are also varieties in the mammographies of the link below:

Not necessarily, sometimes there's no sensation, but generally there is tingling, sensitivity, or discomfort.

    Here's some good info:
