I did test prop last cycle eod. 1cc

for cyponate for this cycle can i do 2cc of 200mg(=400mg a shot) once a week?
or do i have to do it twice a week at 1cc each time? i know that prop was short ester and cyp is long ester, so i thought once a week is ok?

you can get away with once a week,

but twice a week will keep blood levels much more level....

and will help u make better more constant gains...

not only more constant gains but like shifty said the blood levels will be more consistant and will help with the sides
