Women and Clenbuterol
Hi.
My girlfriend and friend would like to lose some weight.
Shes a dancer, weighs around 121lbs and is 5ft 2 tall.
Another subject is nto as active as my girlfriend, she weighs 140lbs and is 5ft 4 tall
They both have good diets, i have seen to them eating 4 meals a day with roughly 1.5g per lb of
bodyweight in protein , moderate carb(0.75per lb of bodyweight), and low fat diet(0.25g per lb of bodyweight)
They recently approached me about using clenbuterol , so ive done research and before i get back to them i thought id make sure im doing this correct first.
2 weeks on 2 weeks off clen , a red bull 1st thing, for the taurine and caffeine content in, and start at 20mcg on day one taken 1st thing, then 30mcg day two, then 40mcg day three until day fourteen where a break of two weeks is taken before it is resumed for another 2 weeks. However its only advisable to do the 2 week on 2 week off cycle three times in a row before having a period of rest. And if the sides get too much on 30 or 40 mcg then drop back down to 20 (but they shouldnt really.)
They shall also have hedex on hand for any first signs of headaches and shall consume 4-5 litres of water a day too (to minimise cramps)
any more input or correct me if im wrong please do.
T.

and when shes taking 40mcg she should take 2 1st thing and 2 4 hours later, ie split the dosage, and whenever shes running clen she should take two potassium time release pills a day too.

Aren't you advised most of the time to try and stay away from caffeine while taking Clen ? I understand for the taurine part, but wouldnt supplementing that with pills help a lot more? Other than that it seems pretty good, although I personally just go with one dosage right after waking up since its 36hour half life.

looks like a well thought out experiment, but why not take benadryl the third and fifth week and continue on with the clen up into week 6? How much weight are these girls looking to loose? Two on and two off might be more optimal if just looking to shed a few pounds.

I agree ^^^. Two on and two off is not the ideal way to use clen according to the profile on this website. I would agree with the 6 weeks with benadryl being used on week 3 and 6. Anyone else agree?

You can gradually work up to 100mcg safely for women, although I couldn't increase more than 80 as sides were too intense for me. And also, I would scratch the red bull (agree w/ the caffeine comment) and take taurine and potassium. Here is the cycle I did when I used it, and I noticed A LOT of fat loss in a very short period:
Day1:20mcg
Day2:20mcg
Day3:40mcg
Day4:40mcg
Day5:60mcg
Day6:80mcg
Day7:80mcg
Day8:80mcg
Day9:80mcg
Day10:80mcg
Day11:60mcg
Day12:60mcg
Day13:40mcg
Day14:20mcg
2 weeks off take benadryl
I also suggest using fitday.com to make sure diet is in check. I find it very very helpful.

That looks like a pretty good clen cycle for women. I have always done two weeks on two weeks off with bendadryl and taurine myself.

If you are gonna use benadryl I would use it 50mg every night for the entire duration of the cycle. For me atleast benadryl isn't strong enough to turn burnt out receptors good again (and I am barely responsive to any dose after 2 weeks of clen use) but it can keep you going for weeks if used ED. Keto might work better, I have never tried it but even then I would use it every 2nd week cuz as I said I can barely feel the clen after 1 1/2 - 2 weeks.

ECA? is that like hydroxycut and all the other fat burners supplement companys advertise?
And hedex is a headache pill btw not a fever pill. Can i ask why they would have to take anti-histimines (fever pills) during there two weeks off?

Take 50mg of Benadryl or another antihistamine containing 50mg of diphenhydrmine (sleep ease from boots chemist if you are in UK!) every night during every third week while you are on Clen . So I would dose my Clen as usual and at day 14 I would add the Benadryl every night for 7 nights (while still taking the clen). Discontinue the Benadryl until day 35 and repeat. I favour this method as it helps me sleep and does not affect my performance in the day. I believe we can thank Anthony Roberts for this method.
There is another method that I have seen many people using. It is common to use the 2 weeks on 2 weeks off method but use ECA (ephedrine, caffiene, aspirin) during the off weeks. This method is totally pointless and counter productive. The whole point of taking two weeks off is to allow beta receptors to up regulate making Clen effective again. ECA down regulates these receptors (plus hitting a load of others) just like Clen. Therefore the receptors never up regulate and Clen + ECA becomes ineffective.
^ Question answered for me!

Yes and see my post above. I do not feel that benadryl is strong enough in its action to just be added in the third week. By then the receptors are already smashed. At the very least I would use benadryl every 2nd week. I personally would use it every night as this keeps the receptors upregulated which should allow you to use a lower dose of the clen and it also helps me sleep. I would suggest taking an hour or two before going to sleep tho as to prevent having a "hangover" type feeling the next morning.
