Quick Advice
I have been lifting for about 6 years solid and just took about 4 months off (cause of school) and i have been lifting for about two weeks. When do you think is a safe time for me to start my cycle? Now or a few weeks or a few months?? I am 21 (yeah i started lifting young because of football). Any advice would be great! Thanks!

i would continue to train hard and diet properly for atleast half a yr

Yeah I would get back into a good routine before starting it.
