Hello i have got some Sustanon 250 Injections and Some Oxymethalone 50mg Tabs.
Can someone help me create a strong first cycle for me. Is there anything else i need or any tips to help me on my way?

My goals are to gain some mass and look a lil more defined.
PCT as in Post Cycle Therapy . ( Sorry im new to em)
What do you suggest?

IMO i dont think you should use drol & sus!you should run test enth 1-12 500mgs week its a gud cycle for sumone runin there first!!if you did run sus you do no that you have to inject EOD!!With test enth inject twice a week thats my 2cents!!

you could gain way more natral by sorting your diet out but if your going to go and use aas anyway here what you should do..

1st ..go to the pct forum and rad as much as you can on pct.

2nd...go to the diet forum and read on bulking

3rd.. when you think you are ready to use aas run your compounds like this

weeks-1-12 sustonon @ 125mgs(1/2 ml) every other day

weeks 1-4 oxys @ 50 mgs every day

pct starts 16 days after last shot of sustonon (nova @ 30mgs every day for 30 days)

plese go and read up before you start any sort of cycle for your own saftey
