    cramps

    i recently started a cycle and i'm getting these agonizing cramps and spasms in my chest and back and arms. my research leads me to believe that i have an improper balance of sodium and potassium. yet after a week of trying to balance my intake, stretching and heat they will not go away.

    Midol? theres one thing i didn't think of. Are you sure its okay for me to take, i've just never heard of that. I mean these cramps are killer and my finger is tingling too

    try drinking lots more water and supplement with taurine
