    1st cycle help

I'm a Firefighter/Am fighter/semi-pro football player. I'm looking to add some muscle, get stronger, and leaner (Summer's coming up LOL). Anyhow I haven't done a cycle or anything in ages. Can you guys help me with advice on meeting my goals like Equi or winny. SHould I do it alone or stack it if so with what and the doses. I appreciate everything you guys do here man. I've been on for some time but this will be my 1st cycle.

Stats: 6', 235 (Down form 260) not fat. Training with some pro MMA & Boxers. Got a trainer so my programs good. Dieting better Oats for B-feast chicken and veggies for lunch, chicken or turkey for dinner. and shakes between meals or rice cakes when i get hungry.

Come on guys some serious help wanted and needed. Hook me on up

Use test as a base for any cycle. Also, diet sounds a little weak. 6-7 meals ed will get you to your goals. Can you post up your diet with macros, please?

Bro...need to get your nutrition in order first...doing any compounds will not be succesful unless your eating is on the money.

Johny and Bigmax hit the nail on the head. Diet must be in check and I'd recommend starting off with just a simple test cycle.

Here's a breakdown of my diet.
eat within an hour from that time and then go every 3 hours from there. If that time lands within a time you are working out, then you DRINK your calories, meaning an ISOPURE or other form of PROTEIN drink.

make sure you are getting LEAN protein in at EVERY meal and then on
    TUES. & THURS
Eat carbs only for meal #1, #3
    MON, WED, FRI
    eat carbs only for meals #1, #3, & #5

    carbs should be:
    rice cakes(plain)
    oatmeal(plain)
    cream of rice
    sweet potatoes
Breakfeast is Oatmeal with some rasins in it and a sliced apple. Meals usually are chicken and turkey with some mixed veggies or brocoliand a small salad with a vinigerette dresssing.
Snack on rice cakes between meals. Shakes inbetween workouts. is this better, Like I said I dropped from 260lbs to 242 than just this week down to 235. I'm on vacation til the 26th so I'm training full time with a UFC fighter who's fight is coming up next month. So I'm going balls out as far has training and still squeezing in time with the weights.
