Infection

I got a red mark around my injection site. Its hot and about the size of an apple. Ive had this before and usually they just go away. That was tuesday. Today its twice the size almost to the middle of my bicept. Any advice???? thanks

if its hot and getting bigger you should go to the doctor to get some anti-biotics. You dont want it to get worse infections can be serious get it dealt with sooner than later.

So you did the injection tuesday? I woulnt be too worried yet, as it hasnt been too long. Id say if it gets worse tomorrow I would go in though. Have you taken your temperature? A fever is a sure sign that its infected. I had an abcess on my ass that I let go too long and had to eventually go in for surgery to have the dead tissue cut out. It was a horrible ordeal. Please dont let it go longer if it keeps getting worse. Id also say that if it stays that same but isnt any better by saturday or so Id go in for help. Keep an eye on the color of the site and your temp.

Sounds like an abcess-what I usually do first, before I consult a doctor, is soak the area in very hot water (bath tub) and massage the area lightly as it is submerged in hot water. I do this for a few days if the abcess does not go down then it is time to see a doctor...

im going to try heating and massaging tonight. I also have some leftover anti-b's that i might just eat anyway. If it were an abscess, wouldnt it be raised higher, more like a golf ball, or getting to be like that. this is just discolored w/ minimal swelling. plus its soar as hell.

You guys should really buy some antibiotics online before your cycle as standard practice. (I see you have some leftover) I bought 5 cycles of ZPAC fo $60. Not worth the possibility of infection, besides it helps with acne during PCT. Thats when I use it, worth every penny.

what are you injecting?? my friend shoots cyp and only uses his delts and it swells up like that a lot... im just curious to see if it could possibly be that and if your injecting the same... it seems to happen to him when he shoots longer esters like test enth or test cyp...but no matter what keep an eye on it if it gets redder, hotter, and bigger check out a doc right away
