    im new!

    just looking for some advice.
    im almost 20, a male, and have a small family. my mother is only 4 foot ten and my dad is 5 foot 6. im already as tall as my dad. i only weigh 145 though.
    but i used to weight 105 before i started working out naturally for 4 years.
    ive hit a plateau and would like to add at least 10lbs or so of muscle and some strength.
    Ive heard someone tell me that just one cycle of steroids will not do anything.
    is this true?
    how does everyone think of 10 weeks of Deca Durabolin with one 200mg shot every week?

    or is there a better one for a newbie to try first that will work better?
    the dude thats hooking me up wants me to take test suspension for 5 weeks injecting 1 cc twice a week. i looked it up and it says it could aromatize. i dont really want that.

    Welcome, I'm glad you came here before starting anything. You have gotten some very poor advice. Test suspension needs to be shot at least twice a day, not twice a week. Three times a day would be better. Deca should not be used alone or used on a first cycle. To be honest chances are your issue is diet related, I recommend reading the posts at the top of the diet forum and comparing a bulking diet with your current eating habits, chances are you will see a big difference there.

    Both of your proposed cycles are way off base. I would not listen to your source, he's a friggin idiot.
    You basic knowledge on AAS are lacking. Before you start thinking about a cycle take some time to do some research on you own. Read all educational threads as well as all the stickies. Check out the post cycle therapy forum (pct).
    After reading all these forums for a couple of months (not hours) you will have a better understanding of AAS and how to use them responsibly .

    test s, is a pretty powerful fast test, the injections would drive me crazy..

    Im not gonna start this massive debate again HOWEVER when I was 21 i did a 12-week cycle of deca only, starting around 300 mg/wk and by week 4 or 5 was up to 600 each week thereafter. Started out @ around 174 lbs ended around 200. Strength went thru the roof.. Ive mention this on other threads but just as an example when I began I strugged with 185 bench. Afterwards I was repping 225 over 20 times. rackin the whole pulldown machine for back, etc.. etc.. really amazing. Hardly any sides expect deca dick about a month after discontinuing the deca. (and low low sex drive). Its all temporary, however. And chances are your friend is right one cycle of deca WONT do anything bad.

    unless your that 1 in 10,000 that it might mess up your endocrine system.

    Bottom line if your gonna do it just eat lots, lift heavy, supplements, and sleep and you'll see gains.

    .. BUT all in all dosent sound like you have enough experience anyways with this stuff anyways so what ive just said is strictly for edutainment purposes only.

    i was planning on eating about 5-6 meals aday with at least 160 grams of protein whatever i wind up doing. im always hungry so thats not a problem.

    does anyone have any starter cycle ideas that could add some muscle to me?
    i think im as big as my genetics are gonna let me get. my family is short.
    and my dad never worked out a day in his life. i weigh 145 but at my best i could bench 280, squat 425, and clean 235.

    Isnt HGH supposed to help with height or is that treatment only when one is very young?

    DAMN, you can bench and squat a lot for being only 145....good starting cycle would be 500mg of Test E split into 2 shots per week for 12 weeks have all your PCT gear before you start also.

    Take ima******er's advice i dont think you need aas and also dout it that you have reached your genetic limit. Most of the time that will be when your 25-30
