Experienced Members Pleasee
Ok so I am currently on halodrol if uve read any past posts (sorry for the repetiveness), but its not what i thought it would be as far as gains. My genetics have despised me and i've always had difficulty gaining weight. I'm 5'10" and 165 and really would love to put on a good 10-20 lbs by summer. I am not looking to take something that is ultimately going to have bad side effects because getting big isnt as important as living haha. if anyone can suggest some things or something to use, it would be much appreciated, thanks all

Yea thats me. thanks man. I mean to an average person, they would look at me and say im in shape and look really good (not bragging), but who is ever happy with themselves? haha i'm always looking to get a little bigger, a little stronger, ya know how it is haha.
as far as my diet, im pushn bout 3000-4000 calories and 175-225 grams of protein. All calories are solid meals. I mean i could add on some shakes to get that extra calorie and protein count.
i feel that supplementing or steroid use is the only way to truly get what i want in my timeframe. i'm going on a 10 day cruise in summer, i mean i gotta look good haha.

Like I posted b4, up your protein and adjust your calorie according to how much fat weight your gaining. Also the Avi does look good, but at 5'10" and 165lbs im thinking that your legs may be lacking. and 20lbs of solid muscle by summer is highly unlikely. 5-10lbs of msucle more probable. Like stated def. up your protein intake...as far as anabolics, a simple test E cycle at 500mg a week for 12 weeks would help you achieve your goals. Make sure that diet is up tho becuase they are magic pills.

legobricks: the diet is lacking, im gonna do my best to up my intake dramatically. what would that test e cycle cost me as far as the cycle and pct together? a ballpark figure?

haha sorry didnt know about the price discussion. how do u feel bout jjust adding a couple shakes in to add bout 700 calories and 60-70 grams of protein? how is test e taken?

Thats what I would do, go for the N-Large 2 chocolate flavor, best mass gainer IMHO, ive used it for years, not too sweet, goes down easy, mixable with many items, etc... great tasting too... about 800 cals with 4 scoops with 52 g protein... lil high in carbs but who cares ur tryin to put on weight right??? go for it bro!! how is test e taken? what do u mean the frequency? once per week or every 3.5 days, intramuscularly...

Just weighed myself. 167.8, but i just ate a big meal. i cannot lie to u, i dont have big thighs, good size calfs cuz i skateboard. i have flat feet, doctor told me leg growth is gonna be exceptionally hard for me. I look proportional though id say.

hm im def gonna have to get to the store tomorrow, especially since i want to finish this halo cycle. should i take 6oxo as a pct for a month and then start test-e or is that to much for my body to handle?
