    Where to shoot?? Sore shoulder...

    I have heard of people shooting in all sorts of places, i tried cyp and deca near the upper middle of my shoulder and its pretty sore. stick to the thigh? any other suggestions?

    how many cc's did u shoot in the shoulder? thighs are easiest for me, i'd shoot there

    Glutes. I only shoot my right glute though. Because its a pain to twist and do the left side.

    only 1 cc of each... has anyone else experienced this? or even shot in the shoulder?

    i shot 2 cc's and my shoulders would be sore for like 2 days

    i have shot 1 cc in my shoulders. on the front and side heads of the delts. and they are always sore and puffy for a few days. i can shoot in the glutes or quads with no problems. but i like to switch it up. so ill still shoot in the delts.

    Well, I heard one guy here shot directly into a teste.

    I would find another spot however.

    I've had a little discomfort in the delts but not too much. Quads are easiest for me, and a bigger zone to hit.

    Delts, pecs, quads, glutes, calves, bi's, tri's, lats, and traps. think i covered them all. I have shot Delts (favorite and had shot 2cc's no problem), pecs (another easy one, just a bit sore the first cycle i was shooting them), quads (painful but easy to reach), calves (never tried, but heard were pretty painful), bi's (easy, I just wouldnt do them before working out), tri's (easy but never shot oil in them, only IGF), lats (another favorite place to shoot and i am extremely sensative in that area. Takes some practice to reach but once you got it down, there easy as pie!), traps (only shot once and probably wont do again unless it comes down to them and calves. Hit a lot of veins or vessals, nerves, just not fun area for me and i couldnt reach for shit)

    Yeah I have never had a problem shooting into my shoulders either. It is a little sore the next day but nothing major. If that is a big deal shoot your glutes, its the easiest in my mind.
