    Cutting before mass-cycle or after ?

    I'm around 220 lbs and my fat is 18%.
    Would you cut the fat down before your mass-cycle or (a few months) after ?

    If you can get down below 15% BF, your mass cycle will be a lot more effective.

    What would you BULK to?? 22% body fat,,,,, my personal opion is why look like fat boy?? You dont need to be a Fat boy to gain muscle! i;d defiently go down to at least 12%(even then i'd want to kick it down a bit before bulking) tehn bulk it up from there

    Well to me it would depend on how you look. Some people carry 18% well others look sloppy. If ya look sloppy then do it before. If you have some tone and definition I would bulk it up and cut it down imo .

    no it is not apperently,, as far as fat cells taking up all the steroids and giving the muscle cells none,, so faar that statment really is being pulled out of an ass,,, as far i know,, what does happen is that the more fat you got on you the eaiser certain componds will aromitize... but again im not saying your statment is balloni,,, just never acually seen anything point to that

    I'm not saying that all of it will bind to fat, but the larger portion of the body that is fat, the larger portion of your gear will bind to it. Steroids have no affinity for AR receptors in muscle as opposed to those in fat. Therefore, its equally as likely to bind to either. By simple math (this is a gross oversimplification) if you're 20% fat, ~20% of your gear is going to work on fat as opposed to muscle.

    Obviously AR binding doesn't tell the whole story, but its an acceptable answer without getting into too much detail.

    That's just a theory. I think it wouldn't matter much in gains if I'm carying less fat around.

    reasonable theroy kick6, and tallman,, trust me strip off that extra lard on your a$$ before bulking,, with your stats you'd probably be quite impress with the way you end up looking if you diet right

    I say keep your fat and lift heavier weights and get even stronger. These guys are pulling theories out of their asses.

    18% and still bulking,, will make you look like fat boy,, this is not theory but reality,,,, dont encourage chubby ppl to get fat!! there;s already an obese problem in this world,, you should try n help minimize it

    hes got it under control, even if he gets to 30% thats not awful, and hes going to do a cutter after wards. He can lift some serious weight if he does the cutter afterwards, but dont forget the CLEN and prop, maybe some tren , some sort of winstrol possibly.

    heavier weights I say you could be a beast after the cutter, have you been going to the gym with 18% percent or is it like I havent been going in a couple of months 18%.

    When you are cutting you are also priming your body to be in an anabolic state for when you stat packing on size again.

    I never like to be fat. Currently I am cutting, and it is going well. I will not be concerned with adding size until I am down to 10% again.

    Dude..... That is awful,, the gains you get from being 18%Bf are not ganna be different from 30%,,,, the side effects of having a fat a$$ at that stage are though,,,, but to each thier own

    At 30% bodyfat you will be producing enough aromitase ensyme that taking test would be no different than taking birth control pills.

    Fat Fu*ks up hormones. I have heard of otherwise natural guys having to use arimidex to help get bodyfat down, as they had absurdly high levels of estradiol, from the fat alone.

    Don't expect much of it bro, I'm 6.5 ft so I gotta at least weight like 270lbs with 10% fat to look impressive.
