best to stack with winstrol?
I'm 23 and weigh 163 right now. I've taken some time off lifting but now am getting back into it. simply my goal is to be shredded with a little size. I have on hand 20ml winstrol suspension as my cutter and I planned on using test enthanate prior to winstrol as I've used it in the past and saw very nice gains with it. a buddy suggested using test prop as it will aid in getting cut up. any thoughts or comments? I'm not looking for much size so I want something mild in that aspect. more concerned on being ripped. also any suggestions on best way to cycle them? thanks

How tall are you? Also it is not the best idea to jump back into training and start AAS immediately.

how tall are you? 163 lbs isnt very big...20 ml of winny will only last 20 days..you need to run it for about 6 weeks..i suggest you start training again and do some reading about AAS..getting cut up is 90% dependant on your diet and cardio..steroids will be used to preserve your muscle while on a calorie deficient diet

I'm 6'0" my diet is great and I do plan on giving myself time back before I inject again. any advice on the test or cycle? and I believe my 20ml bottle will last a 6 week cycle by taking it every other day. I am naturally lean, six pack, just want to step it up

I know you don't want to hear this but a 6' 163 you need to learn to improve your diet, because AAS are not magic, you need to learn to eat and grow in order for AAS to be effective.
I would put it off for a few and change your diet and hit the gym.

6ft and 160 lbs is skinny..you need to learn how to eat to build muscle..winny needs to be taken every day, not every other day..thats why your 20 ml bottle will last only 20 days..do some reading and definitely go to the diet section...post up your diet too..how cals you get a day and how many come from protein/fat/carb?

If you would have said you were 5'4", I would have said, well 163 is a little on the light end to start, but ok...
However, 163 at 6'ft even, unless you are 4% bodyfat, that is too small to start AAS.
You could add another 20 pounds with eating more and lifting heavy.
Try keeping the rep range around 8-12.
Bring a pad of paper with you to the gym.
Every time you get to 12 reps with anything, simply add the smallest increment you can, and see how many reps you can do with it.
Stick with the new weight until you can do 12 with it, then add a little more.
Keep tabs of the weights, and reps, and always seek to outdo the last workout by a little bit.
You will grow.

I think you guys are kind of missing my drift. if I weigh 190+, that's way too much. ideally I'd like to weigh 176-180 which can be difficult to gain 20 lbs of quality shredded muscle off food alone especially as a hard gainer with crazy metablolism and supressed appetite. basically I'm going to do my test enth 2x a week for 5 weeks then immedately jump into the winstrol every other day for 6 weeks. everything should work out just fine

Even if you were ready to cycle, that's an awful cycle and a waste of money. If your mind is made up at least do it right.

If that is the issue, you need to start forcing down protien.
Also, that low carb and low fat stuff that is good for Endos, like myself, is exactly what you, an Ecto should NOT do.
Remember to slowly increase your weights too. That has a LOT more of an impact than people give it credit for.

the test will only be fully kicked in for 1 week it should be run a minimum of 8 but 12 is preferd

many people don't even feel test e till the 5th or 6th week.

if you dont want our advice, why did you post a question? Sorry youre not getting the answer you want to hear, but its the right answer..steroids are not right for you..they will not get you to your goal b/c you dont know how to use them properly and more importantly, you have no clue about eating to add muscle..if you did you would weigh more than 160 lbs

tren test prop, and mast here is my choice however winny is a good one if no mast to go around..
i think this guy needs a ham sandwich or two.

This guy just needs to start every morning with about 8 eggs. Then eat about 2 whole chickens throughout the day. He should pound in the gym. I was also this size once about 6' and 165. I believe any aas is a waste at that point. Even hard gainers can put on weight at that small. Just my 2 cents.
