    Injecting Glutes

    can you use a 25g 1 inch for glute?

    If your body fat is very low you can, but most use a 23ga 1.5" just to make sure you get plenty deep.

    im using 25s but 1.5" for glutes. so far so good. just keep a steady hand while pushing in the liquids
