D Bol help
whats up, i recently got my hands on some d bols, im 22 years old been working out for about 2 years now, im looken to add 15 20 lbs i hear d bol isnt good to do solo, but then again i hear from other people its fine, im not trying to get bloated looking and i hear thats what d bol does, im pretty new to this acculty im rookie to this so if you guys could give me some advice i would greatly appricate it, and if i do end up doing it how much should i take daily?

yeah you are right d-bol on its own isnt a very good choice especially if you dont wanna get that bloated look. i recommend eating right and workin out awhile longer before you consider takin aas. but if you want to take it anyways i would recommend 20 mgs since its ur first time. and if u do take them alone dont expect to keep many of ur gains, and expect sides effects. and please read more before doin them

With your diet in check you can gain a lot more than a simple, bad-dieted d-bol only cycle...

i am on my last week of dbol test E and the bloat has been reaql min. I really think a good diet has been the key.

well i really started to eat good the past 6 weeks and been working out hard and taking a weight gainer and ive acculty put on about 17lbs its very encouraging, i do agree i think if i keep doing what im doing i could gain another 15 lbs in another 6 weeks, im running out of shit to eat tho i eat the same things over and over again i have to find so more high caloire foods that doesnt consist of burger king quialty food

a nice novice cycle is dbol test c and some proper pct i personally wont stakc dbol alone i use it to kick start my clcye

tell us how many calories you eat/day and how many cals come from protein/fat/carbs for starters..its so useful to count cals for a while to figure out what works best for your body..diet will dictate what type of gains you get from steroids ..a lot of people think they know how to eat, but actually have no idea when it comes down to it..you will get better results from a good diet and no steroids, than from steroids and and bad diet..dbol alone isnt a great idea..welcome here..i suggest you spend some weeks reading and educating yourself before you do anything
