Whats the cycle you will be doing?

If you do need one, go for an AI like Arimidex rather than a SERM like nolva or clomid.

the cycle i am doing is

50mg tab of androlic per day
sustanon 250 2ml per week
deca 1ml per week


my first week i failed though and did 2ml ( in one shot ) sus and 2ml deca ( in one shot )

excuse if im using ml instead of mg!

The sustanon should be shot every other day in my opinion.

would i be better doing only 1ml of sus per week?

tha would only be one shot per week though unless i split the vial up into two shots

i would say 2ml a week, seperate shots

how many mg/ml dilutions vary between brands. some may be 200mg/ml while others may be 300. I take .25mg arimidex daily while on cycle for gyno. then my pct is 4 weeks of clomid and nolva

also..if your deca is the standard 200mg/ml that wont be doing much 4 you except lubing joints..

no matter how much you do a week, you need to shoot it every other day.
