Novice need some advice

i got sustanon from a friend I was told to take .7 cc/ml every five days i guess thats 700 mg. Its been 21 days so 4 injections. I have like 7.5ml left so I know that I pretty much need another half cycle. Im about to order more but not really sure how i should finish. I know i sound retarded but this is new to me and ive been doing research but wanted to ask advice for my particular case.

.7cc would not be 700mg, I've never seen sust dosed at 1000mg/ml. Most is dosed at 250mg/ml, so .7cc would be 175mg.
Also sust should be shot every other day for stable blood levels.

is it a 10ml vile at 250mg/ml? and u injected .7cc 4 times in 21 days so about once per 5 days?
how much are u planning on takeing and how long, is this your first cycle?

should not take sust evry 5 days, it should be taken eod...

so how much every other day should i be doing and I also have like 5ml of deca . so I know i kinda ****ed up by not starting research until I was already cycling but what do you think I should do with what I have for the rest of the cycle and what should i get more of

Before we go too far, what are your stats?
Age?
Height?
Weight?
Body fat%?
also, do you know about pct?

A typical good first cycle would be test at 500mg/week for 12 weeks then a good pct. Start times for the pct would be determined by the type of test you use.

What is the concentration? If it's 250mg/ml, then 2 ml would = 500mg

You need to take everyones advice and do a lot more reseach before you jump into things! Read all the info profided on steroids .com including diets, steroid profiles, etc. Ask questions on here to back up your research. Find other sources to.
