what is the best thing to use to loose weight
what can i use the will not come up in a drug test to loose weight

Some OTC thermogenics.
Diet
Cardio.
How much fat are you talking about loosing? What is your current BF%?
Im also guessing you play in college or proffesional sport that they test for these types of things.

treadmill + backpack with 25-50 added pounds + TV&playstation = ability to do cardio for long periods of time, while burning massive amounts of fat, and not feeling like watching paint dry.

Hey, welcome to the boards if this is your first line of posts.
What you need to know is that we are all for helping people out, guiding there semi-informed questions to a final well-informed place.
You need to do a lot of research before you start thinking about Anabolics, as it's not something you can just go grab from GNC or your local supplement store. (That is to say, risks are a bit more potent than an 'upset stomach')
Also, if you had put 10 to 20 minutes of research into it, you would have found what people use most effectively as a HELPER in there diet/cardio/weight loss regimen.
Diet and Cardio is insane though bro
AS is for that last plateau, for the most part.

cardio is the hardest part of my work out.. and least favorite.. but it keeps fat off and keeps my lungs in tip top shape! if done right!
