Looking for insight
Okay,here we go. I am a past college football player (middle linebacker). Old stats 6'1 235 10%BF max bench 440 (typical linebacker build) Cycled twice, back then, 2 separate cylcles of sus. No real experience. Now I'm 39 years old.
I have been in and out of the gym for the last 5 years. Unfortunately, I have ballooned up to 305 pounds. I still have a solid frame and my strength comes back pretty quick. Every time I get into a nice routine in the gym, I seem to hit a wall after a few months, then I stop and put the weight back on. I was tempted to just wing it with some black market gear, thinking that would be the answere.
Instead, I spent the money and went to what I think is a legit doctor. The doctor did complete bloodwork on me and checked all my levels. He then inquired about my history and what my goals were. When I went back, here is what I will be starting this week.
Tell me what you think.
By the way, I'm noy sure what the doses are going to be. The Doctor will go over it all with me on friday.
Lipoderm cream
Chorionic Gonadotropin
Melatonin
DHEA
Thyroid SR 9ug T3/38ug T4 per grain
HGH / Omnitrope
Vitamin D
Lovaza/ Fish oil
Total initial cost of $1600 for the first few months.

you can go to the pics or training forum...and get a journal going...show before pics then take some 6-8 weeks at a time..

seems ok...I never knock anything i haven tried...let us know periodically how its going for you.
