Is Sustanon 250 right for me?
I am 59 years old and have been training for 1 month. I am following a strict diet with supplements. Would it be a bad idea for me to take 250 mg of Sustanon a week? If it would be okay do I need to stack it with something else? Also, how long should I continue the cycle before stopping and then starting again? The key question is would this be safe to do at my age? I tried to do as much research as I could but could not find much concerning someone my age. Perhaps I should try something different or nothing at all.
Thank you

If I was you I would go to the doc and get my test levels checked. At your age it is quite possible that your test levels are low enough for him to put you on TRT (testosterone replacement treatment). Your insurance might even cover it.
Nothing wrong with using steroids at your age, but I would put in a little more time in the gym before thinking about a cycle.

1 month if weight lifting is NOT even remotely close to sufficient. You probably have a lot of room to grow naturally (even on HRT) before you should even consider taking steroids .
You NEED to get your training, diet, and AAS understanding down before you even do your first cycle. You will see much better results this way!
