newbie How much deca per week and thyroid hormone?
first thanks for the advice previously given. Also thank you to mods for not kicking me. Obviously I hadnt read the rules about posting prices. Ok, back to the topic, here it is, Im an older guy, 46, doing a coroporate boxing fight. I have no energy and am really struggling with the training. I am getting thrashed all around the ring in sparring by younger guys. Also, to get this fight out of the road I have had to really but back my weights which is frustrating the hell out of me. To top it off I have shoulder problems which are only kept under control by cortizone injections. Im tired of this, I want to keep up my weights, I want energy, I want to train hard, and I dont want to run out of puff every time I try sparring. Im running every day, so thats not an issue. I have had to cut back my weights to just weekends when Im not sparring which is frustrating the hell out of me, but I just dont have the energy to do otherwise. Also I used to take Deca but was using a vial per week which after 6 months started to take its toll oh my hair line, so this is another reason I need to keep my intake of roids down. When using Deca before my strengh gains were awesome but I cant remember what it did for my cardio. Recently I got testosterone trouches from an anti ageing clinic. They were amazing in the affect on my cardio. I could actually spar a whole 2 minute session with out getting tired. But they gave me bad headaches. I thought I would go back to the deca injectibles as a safe option.

Am I heading down the wrong path. Should I be looking at testosterone instead? I dont want to get in to taking large amounts of anything, I just want enough to get the job done, and to keep my hair. I want to be able to stay on the juice for a couple of years and try to get my size up as well with out fair of consequences so want to keep the dose as low as possible. My goal is not to get big in a short time, Im happy to put on size over time. My goal is to be able to train consistently with out aches and pains and with out struggling and running out of air.. Any advice would be really appreciated. Also, i have access to thyroid hormone. Is this worth considering. Due to increased heart rate, wouldnt it make me tire quicker rather than giving me better cardio?

wow..you should really not take anything right now as you lack any knowledge about proper and safe use..first off..what are your stats..height, weight, etc?? Running deca by itself is a TERRIBLE idea, and probably even worse at your age..you realize deca is one of the most supressive steroids there is?..stay on here and do some research..go to doc and get your hormone levels tested and maybe you can get on HRT too

thanks guys, thats why Im here. To gain knowledge at what I am doing. HRT here is not that great. We only have choices of patches, creme or trouches. The trouches gave me really bad headaches, and I dont like the idea of wearing patches or cream all day long. It all seems to hard where as an injection once a week makes life so much more simple. I am seeing an endicrinologist today that is the only doc here that is allowed to supply injectiable HRT but I am not holding my hopes out as they are dead against this sort of thing. My only other choice is underground roids. Which I have access too. Its a matter of sorting out what and how much now. Any other advice really appreciated. The doc at the Anti ageing clinic has already taken all the blood tests etc. So no worries there. I do have a good doctor that I use that is willing to monitor me but he is definitly not up to play on this subject and readily admits it.. I just need advice on what and how much now so any advice on that, would really be appreciated.

Stats, 5"11. 100kg, Need to lose around 5 to 10 kg of fat. Im down from 115kg, was very obese before.

To simplyfy things, I guess this is what I really want to know, If I understand everything I read and am told lately, I would be better off just using straight test.. Is this the case? And will thyroid hormone help with cardio, or as I suspect detract from it?

ok, answering my own questions here, lol but I found this site to be really helpful. http://www.steroid.com/novicecycle1.php So it looks like testosterone is the way to start. Now to figure out how lower dosage I can go and still get what I am looking for out of it.

ok, guess I am now down to wanting to know, whats a lower amount of testosterone I can get away with using? This is my main concern. Also, if anyone can tell me, is thyroid hormone worth persuing as I have been given this by an anti ageing clinic and dont know if I want to bother taking it. I read it will contribute to lower cardio ability due to a continuous higher heart rate which makes the heart tire more quickly? Also, has anyone used, or is it worth using DIM estrogen blocker which i have been given from an anti ageing clinic? These are my last questions I really need to know. Anyone please?
