How much Cytomel (T3) does one need to lose fat
Hi. I am planning on taking T3 for fat loss.
Currently getting in 1.5 pounds of good protein per pound of body weight.
My diet is relatively strict.
Doing Cardio 5 days a week on average 1 to 1.5hrs a day.
Doing the expected gym work.
And I'll be doing a stack to combine with my T3 to avoid muscle loss.
Will be on a reasonable stack of A.S. for total of 6 weeks.
Clomid (for when coming off)
I'll be off and clean for 6 weeks after my cycle.
I am curious to know if the below is acceptable to sustain decent enough
fat loss or is this dosage too small for Cytomel . Thanks in advance for any
help.

Wk1 25mcg x 7days
Wk2 50mcg x 7days
Wk3 50mcg x 7days
Wk4 25mcg x 7days
Wk5 12.5mcg x 7days
Wk6 12.5mcg x 7days

ur askin this for your first post?? dude u need to read and use the search button first i think.. not flamin ya but others wont be soo nice if ya dont try and help urself first.
what are your current stats? years of training, cycle experiance?
also what is your stack you are reffering too?? way too many compounds out there and we cant guess what ones ur taking etc..

I appreciate your directness, however nobody has asked this specific question.
Also I have searched a few posts and various websites.
First post doesn't always reflect amount of research I've done but again must say thanks
for the response and appropriate question. I'm a newby to this site and a newby
to Cytomel .
I must say I am merely being cautious about the amount of T3 I take as I prefer to adopt the attitude of respecting drugs, play it smart and take direct advice
from the experienced users of this site and more appropriately users of Cytomel,
rather than just going in blind and uneducated.
In answer to your question I've been training for about 21 years.
I've been clean of gear for about 10 years now but feel it's time to take it
to the next level.
Stats are as follows:
Weight: 225 Pounds,
Height: 5'10 12% ,bodyfat,
Chest: 50 inches
Biceps: 20 inches-flexed; 22.5 inches-pumped
Quads: 24 inches
Calves: 17 inches
Neck: 20 Inches
Will be stacking Orals to begin with
Dianabol and Var
+ Novadex
Any help appreciated.

Thanks. I want to shape them now though which is what really counts in my mind.

i would avoid the all oral route getting back into things. But it also depends on how long you've been trying the diet and cardio thing. if you just started it then i'd stick with it for a bit, doing that much cardio and assuming diet is good you should see some good results. If you've been going that route for awhile though then i'd consider going prop t3 maybe var if you're feeling crazy lol. dbol will bloat you up and var is fairly mild

stack with tbol or var or both and you will be fine. I would go with tbol if you had to choose one. you can even go up 75mcg with the T3 see how it treats you.
can do a pct of nolvadex or clomid. it should be too tough of a pct.
your stats are pretty good now you just got to bring those quads, hams, and calves to match your upper body

dude thats a huge cyto cycle... i recommend you up the dose every 3-4 days to a maximum of 100 mcg and taper off by 25 mcg every 3-4 days... you can ruin your thyroid with a cycle like the one your suggesting!!

What do you mean?
His cycle is less stringent than the one you drew up...with a lower max dosage, and less acute increases.
As referenced by BP above bb'ers tend to increase every 3-4 days, but the manufacturer does cite EW so your call. Additionally, there is no need to ramp down so slowly, that time could be spent up or off. Lastly, you can run this longer should your needs dictate it.Master Pai Mei of the White Lotus Clan

Ditto to that....
I am 5'10" at 225lbs and I have 18" arms cold and they look pretty damn big. 22.5" arms? I really doubt it. I would think he would have to weigh at least 260lbs to have 22"+ arms and a 20" neck? I smell BS. I want to see pics of this guy's arms and neck. He would have to look like Mike Tyson in his prime but even bigger. Tyson did not have 22" arms and a 20" neck in his prime.
I've noticed typing on the internet does more to your physique than AAS, GH, etc. WoW... How do they do that?

Thanks for all of the advice on the Stacks guys - minus the jokers remarking
about stats. Very entertaining stuff I must say.
Back to the real serious reason for this post (not stats but Cytomel )
I am very concerned about what Blackpudding said about frying my thyroid
with the dosage I mentioned.
Question: Whats the general viewpoint on this subject.
Up the dose over fewer (3-4) days, or stick to the one I got????

Not that I'm flaming, buuuut... you said you've been clean of roids for almost 10 years, you said you have 22.5 inches pumped... you said you weight 225 pound.. and your next cycle is going to be dbol and var???? man, there's just something not right here, may be you are 225, but I it's just imposible for me to belive that with out roids in 10 years, you achived that, I dont even think R Coleman has 22.5 inches... please next time you are going to lie about something, just make it a little bet more real... or may be you do have 22.5 inches... but your body fat is more like 30% than 12%... there's is nothing wrong with saying i'm a fat guy who wants to lose some weight...

I have done T3several times and always had good results from it and never any sides. IMO u can stay on longet then that if u wish and i dont see a need to stair step T3. I have ran it to 120mcg ed on cycle and never had a problem with it before. BTW i was on 120mcg ed for 12wks, and felt great. Most will say thats to much but i felt good, were most people would rather die the go above 75mcg ed...
