Best combo for pro hockey player!
stats: 6'1"
190 pounds
22 years old
13% body fat
6+ years training
Looking to add strength and some mass but as a hockey player i need to retain my speed and quickness......i would be a first time user and im wondering what would be the best combination to stack for an athlete like myself playing professional hockey....testing not an issue! Any advice would be great thanks guys!

I really need some advice guys even if your not familiar with hockey but you can help an athlete in general whats best and what to do!!!!

i play pro in sweden and the competition is maybe one step under the nhl i'd say....im looking for that edge to maybe help me move up!!!!

I would go with the usual reccomended first cycle of Test E at 500mg for 8 weeks
followed by proper PCT...
P.S people are going to notice u are on something, but if thats not an issue, alright.
also u have to realize after the 8 weeks are up,, u are going to be in a highly catabolic state.

I am familiar with the swedish pro leauge, Pooks are you sure 8 weeks is long enough for test e? Shouldn't it be a little longer 10-12?

The season is over in 3 weeks so my plan is to begin training starting beggining to mid april......and the following season will start beginning of october so i have about 6 months before getting started again......i dont need instant results but im not looking be a bodybuilder tho as i said earlier i want to maintain and improve my speed and quickness....i realize it might be a little complicated for my sport but unfortunately i have to get bigger stronger more explosive while keeping my speed!!!!!!!

At your height, same as mine, to play in the NHL you should be over 200lbs. Im not sure what type of player you are but if you are a power foward or defenceman even 210 lbs would be good. Of course you will have to try to maintain speed. Therefor if you are really seeing to bulk up in the off season(>15 lbs) which I should mention a lot of NHLers do using illicit substances, then yes a Test E or Test C cycle would greatly assist you. If you really dont want to lose any speed and are looking for(5-10lbs) and a little edge, even something simple like Test P and winny for 6 weeks will help you.

Thanx Prada i agree with being 200lbs......i was thinking that if i were to take test E or Test C that maybe i could add EQ with it or something along those lines.....what do you think and if no any suggestions?

Keep it simple for a 1st cycle man. I guarantee you that if you are serious(especially with diet) then you will easily gain 15 lbs and even 20 lbs. Use this added gains as a foundation. Nothing to say in 6-12 months you cant add another cycle and then add a compound like EQ of Deca if you like. IMO, just test should suffice. Do it right and you will have amazing results
