In my 20's I was a marine in amazing physical shape - as I'm nearing my 40's, my body and energy has gone south! Maybe someone out there can relate to me? I'm 5'9", 210 lbs and I'm sure by bodyfat is north of 30%. Less than a decade ago, I could run a marathon and had half of the body fat I do now.

I know that as women get older, they lose muscle tone, libido, and energy - I am looking for something that will help me get the zing back that I once had.

I am too young to be feeling as old as I do now, and I'm looking at testosterone or steriods for a boost. Any suggestions?
