it would help if you'd show us a picture along with your stats... i don't know if you're a candidate for AAS man. If you're not lifting regularly i would just wait a little while, I did... and it turned out great for me

ur strong for your weight, but you've got at least 20lbs of pure muscle you can pack on naturally b4 AAS will be any use. With the right diet (theres a whole forum for it) and hard training with ample rest you'll see results just as fast as anyone

i would work on your diet and putting on some size naturally..based off your stats you have plenty of natural growing left to do..i would head to the diet forum and read the stickies over on how to bulk and cut and get an idea of how important diet is to getting results

I like your honesty... a lot of people will lie about their weight just so they can get advice on which cycle to do... but i'm not sure if you're ready, if you want to do it go ahead it's your body... if you were gonna do anything just do Test E 500mg/wk for 12 weeks.. good luck

sweet deal, Yeah i started working out when i was younger with a 6'3 cousin who was 240 at that time. So me and my little man syndrome.. anything he did i did it to.. for the most part, let me say there are some things thats not going to compare when your comparing to a 6'3 man.

Hey bro, if you're nice and not an d***head you'll get plenty of help on here. Everyone just wants what is best for everybody else and they'll be honest with you. I respect your decision to work on your diet first. Honesty is the best policy when asking others for help as it will help them and you make an informed decision. Good luck and eat right and LIFT HEAVY! Body will come with that
