hello! im worried!
your probably going to call me very stupid.
i have been working out for 2-3 years, 3 or 4 times a week (i dont have the time for more as i have two jobs and two young children!), and i still am a pidgeon chest.
i have tried many supplements, shakes, weight gainers, but remain stuck at the same weight, with no improvements apart from firming up a bit.
i recently purchased 500x 5mg Anabol oral tabs, from [url]url] (sorry i'll remove that link if it not aloud), they look like i have been told they should, and i took my first 20mg dose earlier, i will be working out tonight, and tomorrow. but the fact has dawned on me, i could have taken anything!
this is the first time i have ever taken any anabolic steroids , what can i expect? should i be feeling any different in myself this afternoon (due to it being the first time i have taken them), has anyone ever used the prevoiusly mentioned supplier? i was hoping to have somebody talk me through this, but having registered on a few forums, nobody seems to helpful!

you need to luck at diet mate..
what are your stats and goals ????
oral only cycle is not good at all as all gains will be lost after comeing off.
do you know what a pct is?????

im probably the noob-est noob you'll ever meet, sorry!
have done a fair bit of reading, and im not looking for massive gains, just want to feel better about myself really, i dont want to be arnie put it that way!
ive slugged it out in the gym for 2-3 years and never seem to put on an ounce (fast metabalism)

ok diet - let the shaming commence!
8am - 1x weight gain shake, cereal, apple, 2 slices of toast
11am - weight gain shake, snickers etc
1pm - pasta with fish or white meat, sometimes rice rather than pasta.
3pm - weight gain shake, snack
6pm - normal evening meal
10pm - shake and a snack
redicule me now people!

way too many shakes mate..
try this..
8am-8 hard boiled eggs 150g rolled oats with milk
10am-can of tuna with 150g pasta
12pm-large chicken fillet with 2 large sweet patatos
2pm-200g lean beef with cup brown rice
4pm turkey fillet with sweet patatoe of brown rice
use a shake for after work out with some tuna
6pm 2 cans tuna with pasta
8pm more chicken beef or tuna with brown rice or sweet pataoe
10pm good protein shake with some almond nuts
try cottage chesse,natural peanut butter,good nuts for snacks inbtween meals
now you will gain good size if you stick with a diet like that for a year....

whats your workout like mate? have you been doing the same things in the gym for the last 3 years? if your workout hasnt been tweaked AT LEAST every 6 weeks your not going to see good gains.
just mix things up abit every now and again, change from flat BB bench to flat DB bench, change the rhythm of ur lifting or the reps and sets.
Its a constant battle in the gym between urself and ur body, and its cleverer than any of us! the only way to win, is to keep it guessing!
