    How is this for a cycle? Test/Deca

    heres is a little info that would help out: 29 years old been lifting for over 7 years, really going all out for about 2 years, I am at the most i can get at with just supplements and eating, etc. 5' 8" 150 lbs, and if i had to guess i am probably 12% body fat, although I might be less. Did a 1/2 cycle last year but didnt have the right knowledge so it kinda messed me up after I was done, because I never really did a PCT. my last cycle was Deca300/ once a week and Test Propionate once a week did it all in one shot, wasnt aware that I needed to do the Prop like every 2-3 days, and all I had was 1 bottle of each 10ml, I ran Femoxtal (Novaldex) half way threw and for like a week or so after until I ran out. My cycle I wanna do now is: it last pretty much a total of 17 weeks

    Test enanthate / 400- 500 mg / week for 12 weeks
    Test Propionate 50-75 mg/ ED for the first 4 weeks
    Deca 200- 400 mg/ week for 10 weeks
    Nolvadex 10- 20 mg every day for 16 weeks
    PCT:
    Clomid for 3 weeks starting 2 weeks after last shot of Enanthate weeks 15-17
    Is this a good cycle for me , also I am very estrogen sensitive, usually will get signs of gyno like 2 weeks into cycle, should I run Nolvadex every day during cycle or only if need be? And how many bottles of each am I gonna need? Thanks to anyone who answeres this for me

    Well looks like you did "some" research. There are a few things I would change with your ancilleries but first we need to focus on your diet.

    At 5'8" and 150lbs you have LOTS of room to grow naturally in which your diet clearly is not sufficient for growing. What does your current daily diet look like?

    Im sorry bud but 5'8 150 is not the most you can get, i definatly applaud you for your research though. Not many people do that

    yeah I am not eating like I should but I do eat pretty good i take in a lot of Protein not much fat and a decent amount of carbs I dont weigh my food or anything like that, but I will kinda give you what I do in a given day, I usally eat junk on the weekends. The only reason I say I am at the most I can be for me right now is because I have tryed like he;ll and this is the best I have been eating and working out as hard as i can etc.
    But I work out 3 - 4 dyas a week usually soemtimes I only take 2 days off.
    I get up at 5am mon- friday and usually follow this same routine. 5am I take akg powder 1 teaspoon with 8 ounces of gatoraide, 5:30 I eat 3-4 boiled egg whites a banana and usually oatmeal with fat free milk, sometimes I substitute fat free Pop tarts dor the oatmeal, and other days instead of teh egg white I make a whey/ casein protein shake 1 scoop of each, 8am I eat my first lunch usually like chicken and rice or soemthign on that line grilled chicken salad, sometime salmon, then around 10:30 am I make a protien shake with w scoop of whey and 1 scoop of Casin and also have a teaspoon of powder BCAA in it mixed with either fat free milk or juice. 12:30 I have another teaspoon of AKG powder with Gatoraid, then eat like around 1pm or soo same deal as first lunch. Go home and at around 2pm or 2:30 I take a scoop of creatine with gatoraid for preworkout usually 45 minutes before I work out, 15 minutes later I will make 8 ounces of water with one scoop of Whey protein. and usually eat like a Bannana or an Apple. Then I take a 20 ounce bottle of gatoraide and mix one scoop whey to sip on at the gym. Work out and when done I do about 8-10 Minutes of cardio at about 150 Heart rate. Come home and immediatley make a protein shake consisting of yougurt like 4 table spoons, fat free milk, 3 scoops Whey and 1 table spoon BCAA and a bannana. I eat again like an hour later not a big meal but kinda like a post workout snack. Then I eat my dinner around 8 pm , and at like 9:30 pm I take another 2- 3 scoops of casein protein with water. and go to bed around 10 pm. I cant go threw the whole routine but this is pretty much my schedule. Sorry Its soo long !!

    You may want to search in the diet forum and do some reading. You have to many shakes in what I just read. Try replacing shakes with real food. It doesn't take much to get your protein intake up.

    At this point you shouldnt really worry about the quality in foods your eating. You want to gain right? I understand by not gaining so much fat you need to eat somewhat healthy but at this point you could afford to eat a lot! Trust me I started out at a measily 140lbs and ate everything in site until i got to 180lbs, cut the fat down a bit then started to gain again only a bit healthier. You need to focus on EATING BIG TO GET BIG!

    true my problem I think is I am trying to do everything at once I am eating kinda healthy but trying to take in enough carbs and protein to gain muscle, beacuse right now I just want to get to like 160 and be ripped not like where I have abslouletyl no fat and you can see all the defined muscles but around 8 -9 % body fat, my abs are pretty much ripping threw now and I have hardly any noticeable fat , I just want alittle more muscle size and better appearance, if I get a chance I will take a picture but I dont think I can post any yet because I am still to new!! I am still just learning about alot and one of the previous questions was to tell my macros. Lol I have no idea what that means. But I learned soo much already form reading stuff you guys post. thanks for all the help

    should I do it longer?
    my PCT was gonna consist of Clomid as follows:
    Week1: day1= 300mg; days 2-7=100mg
    Week2: days 1-4= 100mg days 5- 7= 50mg
    Week3: days 1-7= 50mg

    I would extend that week 2 (100mg) to week 3 and 4,
    run week 5 @50mg

    I would also recomend aromasin as well. @.25mg for the whole 5 weeks

    Have you looked at the diet section at all? You do realize that you need food in order to grow, lots of it. Muscles do not appear out of thin air, it takes protein/fat/carbs/cals to build them. You need to learn to start eating a lot so your body gets used to it and I guarentee you that you will grow on trying to eat huge. Forget about AAS right now. What your looking for is a "magic" substance to put on muscle fast and AAS WILL NOT do that without the proper diet to bulk.
