First cycle advice

for my first cycle i am thinking of doing a deca /test cycle. i have just finished up a superdrol cycle which i had very good results. right now im 6' and 200 pounds and rigth around 7-9% bf. i want to run a 10 week cycle of 400 mg/wk of deca and 250 mg/wk of test cyp. would that be a good starter cycle? i plan on running pheedno's pct which is like this:
Day 1-30- .25mg L-dex + 100mg Clomid + 20mg Nolva
i have been looking at anabolic review research to get some of my pct supplies, but they seem only to have items that work in subsitution of clomid or novladex, can i use ar-r 's products or is it better to find the real stuff from another source and what would be the doses if i used ar-r's products?

Your age?
A first cycle is usually a Test only, because before introducing DHT compounds such Deca in your body you have to see how your body reacts to Test. Post your age and I'll be glad to help you further.

im 20, turning 21 later this year, i knew many people have started with just test but i figured my experience with superdrol and my body handled that extremely well so i was hoping a mild deca cycle would be fine

diet and a good lifting tec will work wonders for you

too young. And whats the reasoning behing so much deca and so little test.

500mg test Cyp only 12 weeks

if you are gonna add the deca run it at 400 10weeks

well the reasoning behind the high deca and low test was i have read on this site that running 200 mgs/wk keeps your hormone levels more in check but with that low of a dosage it isnt for the anabolic effect of the test.

And your superdrol "experience" is not worth and comparable to roids.
