Niles are faked more than they are real, so I would be very suspicious.

A little searching brought me this: http://forums.steroid.com/showthread.php?t=93798 and hundreds of pics pf real/fakes in the pictures thread.

Next time post this with pictures in the appropriate place and you will get a better response probably
