    couple of questions

    ok first of all, let me apologize for any spelling mistakes, english is not the main language where i live so its not perfect.

    ok, so im new to the steroid business, i have taken none so far.
    im 20
    my left arm is abit over 37cm
    and right is abit lower then that.
    my chest is around 106-108 maybe more, i measured it long time ago.
    body fat 16-17%

    so basically i want to speed up the process of gaining more muscle and losing fat.

    i have no idea what to use, since there are so many products, maybe a growth hormone will do, basically i need an advise on a good product thats good for someone who didnt use something like that before.

    - 1 - you are about 4-5 yrs too young for AAS..
    - 2 - your body is a walking tower of testosterone .. no need putting in the synthetic yet
    - 3 - you definitely want to get your diet and cardo in check before using ...
    whats your height and weight ?
    how long have you been training for ?
    whats does your routine consist of ?

    well basically im a 1st year student, but i manage to workout 4-5 days per a week, and keep a diet routine, the only problem i got is sleep, usually i sleep around 6-7 hours, but sometimes it goes down to 4 or 5(happens when i stay up all night to study for a test)
    im tying to keep a diet routine, it consists of 6-7 meals per a day.
    now im trying to cut some fat so basically my diet looks like this:

    1st meal-
    1+1/2 scoops of protien shake
    2 pieces of whole grain bread
    3-4 vegtables
    3-4 olives
    1 apple

    2nd meal-
    2 pieces of whole grain bread
    4 egg whites, 1 the yellow part of the egg(no idea how its called in english)
    2-3 vegetables

    3rd meal-
    2 pieces of whole grain bread
    100-120kg of low fat pastrami+little bit of olive oil
    2-3 vegetables

    4th meal(before workout)
    1+1/2 scoop of protien shake
    2 whole grain bread
    1 apple
    1 energy bar with low calories count

    post workout meal-
    1 scoop of protien shake
    1 banana

    5th meal-
    150-200 gr of chicken breast
    250-300 gr of noodles or brown rice
    3-4 vegtables

    6th meal(before sleep)
    tuna/white cheese

    7th meal(optional, depanding on the time i go to sleep)
    white cheese/protien shake
    2 whole grain bread
    2-4 vegtables

    thats now when im working on cutting fat, when i was gaining mass, i ate two times more carbs(like 4 pieces of bread instead of two and more pasta and rice etc...)
    and my workout routine is like this

    monday-chest+tricep
    tuesday-back+bicep
    thursday-legs+shoulders
    friday-chest+tricep
    saturday-back+bicep

    cardio training is 2-3 times each week, and consists of 15-20min runing.
    and i work on my abs every 2nd workout day(usually mondey, thursday, saturday).

    oh and my height is 1.73cm and my weight is 78-79Kg
    oh and i forgot to mention that im training around around 7-8 months.

    you dont need steroids ..if youre trying to lose weight do 45 minutes of cardio when you first wake up (empty stomach) or after you work out..if youre trying to get bigger eat more..youre young enough to not need steroids..as am i
