Hey i got a friend that just gave me a whole cycle of Clen !!! New! he bought it but never use it! But i still dont know how many ptabs i need to take per day! and also im just gonna try it one day to see how i feel! He told me he used it just once and felt alright but he sweat like crazy!!!

the thing is that im a model and in modeling specially for NY an Europe market,u gotta be slim!! not chasing papi style! so i will be introduce to some NY and europe agencies and i gotta be slim! they are really picky with that stuff trust me! I thought i was alright til i went to a Custo Barcelona fitting and the jackets didn't fit, also in NY to a Tommy Hilfigher fitting and i fitted the clothes but still wasnt what they were looking for (at 175pounds)!! so they didnt took me for both jobs!!
I spoked with a guy from Ford Models and he told me the same thing, "u gotta slim down". So im looking for the middleweight tittle! lol

fair enough dont know about what roids to take not may area of expertise but if you want to slim down I can help there. Basically you need to up your cardio, drop your calories and stay consistant with your exercise regime. Consistancy is the key to any exercise program.

thats true. every time i do diets to slim down a little i run like a lot!
and yes it works! last month i did just 5ml of winstrol dieting in 2 weeks and i loss some weight but never took my weight! i really need a diet plan that i can fallow! i even wnated to do the winstrol again but like 19 ml this time! that would be like month and a week! Some people say winstrol doesnt help in weightloss but hey, most of my friends use it for that purpose and they do loss weight and i mean like crazy!

WOW you really need to learn alot more about aas... talking about taking winstrol in ml is one sure sign that you have no idea. i think you should stay away from the winny and just go with diet and cardio like these guys are saying. good luck bro..

If weight is your only concern then doing a steroid cycle may not be beneficial to you Winny will change your body composition you may lose 10 pounds of fat but gain 5 lbs of muscle for example. It may not be your best choice if pure weight loss regardless of what you take off is the goal.

haha ok 50mgs sounds better... just checking. i would really just try dieting.. you could also look into clen . i would suggest that over winny for your goals.. but clen will only be helpful with a good diet.

this is my big concern! what u just said! but, i still know that without this boost of steroid is a really high hill to run! but thats why i dont touch weights, i just run from monday to friday 30minutes each day! plus diet!

Forget the Juice Bro! If you don't care about maintaining muscle just go on a diet. I lost 35 pounds in one month simply doing a lot of cardio, strict diet, and an ECA stack. If you have the clen you can throw it in, but don't use the ECA stack if you decide to use clen. Just start off with 60 mcg/day and work your way up to whatever is tolerable! DON'T TAKE MORE THAN 200 MCG/DAY!!!! There's many many different cycles you can run to make it effective. Just do a search on CLEN in the forum search engine and you should find what you need. Here's a little more info on it (which you could've found yourself if you did the research first) Anyway, here it is!

I'm sure I'll catch a lot of sh*t for this because it might not be the most healthy approach to a diet, but then again this guy is wanting to be 6'2 and 160 lbs, and well, that doesn't seem to healthy either. But anyway, if you really wanta lose some weight this is how I did it!
Cardio
45 min first thing in the morning on an empty stomach
45 min in the evening
Diet-EAT LEAN
No more than 1200 calories a day-(I took 1 off day every week, but still tried to stay under 2500 calories.
6 meals a day
ECA stack-or in your case Clen since you have it.
Side note: Obviously at 6 meals and 1200 calories a day, you'll hardly be taking in ANY carbs and very small portions of lean mean and vegetables.
Again I say, not very healthy but it should do the trick if you really wanta be a stick figure!!!!!

men i can do that! (cardio 45 mornng and evening) and use Clen! But is really complicated since i will be eating really lean, dont know if im going to feel weak! Anyway i will try the clen one day and see if i feel alright!
Other thing my friend gave me this little bag of Clen tabs, it doesnt say how many mg is each one. So do u know how many tabs is 60mcg?

He doesn't care about losing muscle...he just wants to be skinny! His goals are different from mine and yours. If that's what he wants and he does what I said...he'll get skinny! Of course he could also try throwing up after every meal...that would seem to do the trick! Joking!
As for the question about how many mcg is your clen . It usually either comes in 25 mcg, 40 mcg, and I believe I've even seen 50 mcg! Are you positive it's even Clen? If I were you I would try to find some stuff on your own. It's pretty important that you know what and how much of a substance you're putting in your body!

I would suggest hitting up an ECA stack instead of the winstrol , you'll lose a lot more pounds with the ECA! Now; to my knowledge, they don't make the all in one ECA stacks anymore, but you can buy the stuff to make your own. You can get the Effedrine by itself just about anywhere depending where you live, I buy mine at a local gas station. The caffine you can buy at Walmart as well as the aspirin! It looks like this
25 mg of Effedrine-usually one pill
200 mg of caffine-usually one pill
81 mg of aspirin-usually one pill
some people will take more aspirin, but IMO it does make a difference! Take that stack 30 min before your cardio in the morning and again every 4 hours throughout the day. If you have any plans of sleeping for the night I would suggest you take your last pill no later than 4 hours before you go to bed. I usually took my last one about 5 hours before, but whatever works best for you.
I would run it either 2 weeks on or 2 weeks off, or go with the benadryl method. I've never tried the benadryl with an ECA, but some guys swear by it with the CLEN , so I would imagine it would work the same. In this case you could run the ECA stack throughout your entrire 45 day time frame!

Men i will seriously and with all my honesty let u know that i dont have any idea of what you mean with ECA? the thing is that i see you guys here have different letters for everything!! hahaa i live in Puerto Rico so all words and abreviations in spanish are diferent! Hey whats up? I just started a cycle with Deca and Test. Currently I'm a little over weight. I'm looking to lose fat around my waist and obviously gain muscle. Does anyone think that with both, Deca and test I will lose weight, burn fat and gain muscle or should I be trying something else?

Go check out the profile link for clen I posted earlier it will tell you why benadryl helps, then click on ECA and it will tell you why the aspirin! Sorry, but there's some things you need to just research on your own, cause I'm starting to get writers cramp from this thread!

Hey man thanks a lot. I have actually been doing at least 1 hour cardio and a very strick diet. So far I've lost about 17 LBS so I'm down to 180. But being 5'8 I still feel it's way to much. We'll see how it goes. I'm looking forward to get more and more into this cycle and see the results.
