    Need Information

    Im a college football player and Im hoping to drop my body fat as much as possible by the time I report to camp. I've done research on certain steriods and all seem to have a few negetive side effects for high impact athletes. Can anyone tell me what would be the best thing to use to reduce body fat without adding much bulk. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Diet and cardio work pretty fukkin well at reducing bodyfat %.

    I do. I eat decent and lift or run everyday. I also play pickup basketball quite often for cardio but my body fat just dosent seem to drop.

    Need to change your diet then.

    "Eating decent" really doesn't describe your dietary approach at all.

    I'd recommend posting your diet, with protein/fat/carbohydrate breakdowns for each meal, in the diet forum.

    Could someone please tell me how effective Winstrol would be ,and if it would be recamended for a high impact athlete.
