Feel stupid for asking. Dosage

I feel abit stupid for asking but I just can't seem to find the right information.
I have been reading on many forums that a good newbie cycle to start off with is with is 500mg a week of Test E. Now assuming a person would do 2injections a week how would he go about doing that. What I mean is how is the needle labeled. Is it in CC's, ml, mg what?
Also a vile of test e usaully comes in a vile of 200ml is that correct? How do you convert it too mg.
Im sorry but Im just lost and just can't seem to find the information.

an amp is usually 1ml, a vial is usually 10ml (but not always)
the gear will be labeled with the concentration, for instance 200mg/ml, or 250mg/ml, etc.
1ml = 1cc
therefore if the gear was 250mg/ml, 1cc of gear in the syringe would contain 250mg of that compound.

Wow that was fast, where you waiting for me. Thx for the reply.
Just to think here, so in one week a person could shot 1cc (or 1 ml) of the gear twice! That would give you your dosage of 500mg a week correct?

If that is correct that would mean for a 10 week cycle you would need 24ml or just under 2 and a half viles of the gear. (assuming they came in 10ml viles)

Also I was looking at my cats syringe here (I give the dam thing insulin twice a day believe it or not, anyways the needle is only 1/2" (which I know is to small) its also 28G
Which means that it real thin. Now Im looking at this thing and 1ml/cc is the whole syringe dammit. Thats alot lol.
