    Winstrol?

    I am new and have never used. have done a little research but its time to start asking questions. I have a little body fat i would like to get rid of and hopefully put on a little size not much though since i am only 5'6" 150lb. I work out reguraly and eat very well.

    my questions are

    1. will i see any results taking winstrol alone? cutting and/or gains

    2. what is the otimal cycle? (have read 50mg ed and 50mg eod is best)

    3. do i have to take any post cycle treatment? or any treatment during cycle? (clomid? not sure if winstrol is a test prohibitor) or treatment for the supposed joint pain?

    4. any stack i could take that would help with my goals that is good for a first timer. only looking to put on 10lb muscle max but look shredded. below is what i know i can get ahold of

    before everyone starts to suggest everything under the sun the only thing i know i can get ahold of is winstrol, deca , and dbol . possibly some test.
    i appreciate any help i can get because im still researching before i jump in and do something i shouldnt.

    back to the subject i am 24 and probably have 10-15% bodyfat not sure for sure. if you know of a way to figure my bodyfat please let me know.

    yeah i got that. but what is a caliper where do you get one? any help with the winstrol questions?

    Hows your diet? How many grams of protein/fat/carbs each day?

    Steroids don't do shit without a proper diet.

    BTW you can easily achieve your goals with proper diet and training... putting on 10 lbs and losing fat when youre 150 lbs shouldn't be that difficult.

    breakfast is three scoops of of maxium protein and a banana
    lunch 4-6 oz chicken breast with broccolli or grean beans or turkey sandwich with whole grain bread
    dinner is usually about the same but with some whole grain rice

    that is about what i eat, no sugar, nothing fried, and nothing processed.

    I am definately no diet expert so i would consider looking at the diet section but i know that eating more often is better than 3 meals a day

    That diet is horrible. Very bad.

    You're not eating nearly enough to facilitate muscle gain. You need to be eating at least 6 full meals per day. Do you know how many grams of protein/fat/carbs you eat every day? Have a look in the diet forum at the "how to bulk" and "hardgainer?" threads at the top.

    Your body needs an adequate amount of calories for growth regardless of if you're on steroids or not. Pretty much all steroids do is speed up protein synthesis. Imagine your body like a house. You can't build a house without enough bricks (calories) no matter how fast your workers can work (steroids).

    Think about it... where do pounds of muscle come from... water? air? oil from steroids? the milligrams of powder that are in steroid oils? Does your body violate the laws of physics and create matter from nothing?

    NO they come from raw materials you provide your body with, aka FOOD!!!

    I can tell you with 100% confidence that your problem is simply not enough calories every day. And maybe your workouts suck too. I was a hardgainer too... until I fixed my diet. Started eating 3500-4000 calories EVERY DAY of clean foods, and guess what? I went from 135 - 185 natural, in 1 1/2 years, with a 1-2% gain in bodyfat. Thats like 4 lbs of fat and 46 lbs of muscle.

    that definetaly helps. but what i want to know is if i take winstrol alone will it still help to shred some of the fat? and do i still have to take post cycle treatment? but i am going to check my diet and amp that up to help with the size. just need help burning the fat. and yes i do like 45 mins of cardio a day plus all my workouts are fast paced. plus i work in construction so i burn a ton of calories.

    Nope winstrol will not burn fat.

    Even if you were taking fat burning agents, you would have to have a diet suited accordingly to your goals.

    If you work construction AND do cardio every day AND do fast paced workouts... its impossible for you to gain mass eating the small amount of food youre eating.

    Cut out cardio, you're wasting calories that you need to go toward muscular growth. You get enough cardio from your construction to keep bodyfat down. You need to eat at least twice what you're eating right now to put on muscle... probably closer to 3x that amount.

    Wow... if I only had a dime for every time a youngster comes on here and asks about using AAS to loose fat and get "shredded" A little research first goes a long, long way.... I found a great combination: I stack this thing called Cardio, with another well known compound called Diet. You could even mix in another lesser known compound known as The Protein to boost lean muscle gains. That being said, listen to the vets on this board and get those things in check first. Oral AAS onlya is not the way to go.

    AandF6969 thanks for the help that answers alotof question i'll be visiting the diet section now. one more question may be stupid if i start to eat the way i should how long do you think it would take before i saw results? just curious.

    Very quickly... within 4-6 weeks you will def notice a big difference! Being young still, with lots of natural testosterone , you're body will respond well and quickly to a proper anabolic det and training. You have a leg up on us older fellas...
