first cycle in my life am thiking of starting it next week, been training for 6 years, standing now at 90kgs with 13-14% bf. (been at 9% last summer)
my goal is to get big and really cut (my diet is sorted)

12 weeks :
w1 to w 12 : test E : 400 mg/week
w6 to w 12 : winstrol : 50mg/day.
arimidex everyday(not really sure how much to take)
nolva and clomid for pct, 2 weeks after my last shot of test.

anything i can add, do? opinions and advices are most welcome.

What are your age and height?
7 Weeks on windtrol are too many, better 5-6 weeks max.
For a first cycle you could switch on test only.
Plus I'd wait to take a-dex if you get too bloated or gyno symptoms.

i want to hit single digit body fat before summer.
ok i can do 5 or 6 weeks of winstrol , no problem.
am really scared of gyno, that's why i wanted to take a-dex directly.

I understand your worries on gyno, but taking an AI like Arimidex if you don't really need it will probably hinder your gains, a bit estrogens do their role in muscle building.

Did you spell armidex wrong ? I searched it and it keeps comming up with breast cancer ?

He spelled it correctly new guy.....arimidex along with many other drugs are used in combating breast cancer.......This just proves that you and your buddy do not need to take AAS.....
