    wrist pain

a couple days ago I woke up to a bad pain in my wrist, it hurts more when I push on it and it is right in the middle on top as far as I can tell. it has continually gotten worse and today for delt training I had to go light as hell cause the pain was unbearable. I have no idea what caused it its just my left rist and its really starting to piss me off and hinder my training, anyone know what this could be, Im gonna take two days off and see if it helps. thoughts?

Man now that's original! Someone complains of wrist pain and a listener makes a masturbation comment. That hasn't been done to death already.

I'd honestly take a week off at least, or if you MUST work out, go extremely light. Wrist injuries are NOT fun!

wrist and forearm pains take forever to heal. just gotta take it really easy and let them heal over time.
