    tren and test ex

    i did a cycle of tren and sust last year i did 1ml evrey 2 days tren and 2 ml sust a week. the results were awsome but after some time of the gear i have lost evrything. i did no pct thow. im starting a cycle of tren and test x next week any sugestions on this course and what pct should i do thanks mr razmes

    Which ester tren did you do last time?

    We need some stats b4 any advice is give.

    Age, weight, lifting experience etc etc.

    trenbalone enthate 19yrs 6,3 16stone training for about 2 yrs

    you're awfully young to be juicing. If I were you'd I'd go see a doc, and make sure you didn't permanently reduce your body's natural ability to produce testosterone .

    19 6,2 16stone 2 yrs training any hepl would be good.

    I'm sorry you think that any "advice" must support your poor choices, but that IS advice. You said you lost all your gains. Maybe its because your hormone levels never returned to normal? Go see a doctor.

    Not doubting ya a fairly large lad for ya age, but these things need to be done safely and responsibly.. do you get bloodwork done?

    So if you were 16 stone and have dropped 3 your 13 stone.. not 16.

    well yeah im 13 stone now not that impresive huh, 12 hrs inch??? so you saying dont do tren n test x ??? take it its a poor choice but the results were so good last time. whats ur suggestions that will bring good gains and keep them.

    I guess this won't be considered advice either, but after reading your posts and looking at your pic, you could gain a lot more naturally. You have a nice base to work off of, but you are far from your natural potential.

    What BIG said is spot on Raz,

    Were not trying to bust ya balls or b a-holes, we just try and give the best advice to people so they do everything properly.. things need to be done safely but also so you get the best experience out of your training and growth.

    Give us honest stats and goals, and we will give u solid honest advice to help you progress in the best way.

    You do have a good base, but a couple more years natty growth while u research the hell out of steroids and all the associated aspects will work in your favour.

    For instance, you asked what bloodwork is.
    Bloodwork is a very important thing.. You being a fellow uk'er are lucky as ya can go to the docs asking for bloodwork to check where ya natty levels are at.

    Like kick said about diet.. diet is more important than steroids for growth.
    40% diet, 40% training, 20% Steroids.

    Check out the diet forum and check out threads by 'perfectbeast', he's a fellow uk'er and his advice is second to none.

    Like i said b4, not busting ya balls, just making sure you keep safe as steroids used incorrectly can be dangerous and mess you up for life.

    sound job il go docs n c i havent trained for 8 months want to get bk into it, ive bin twice in the last 2 weeks coz when i go i train n litrelly cant move for 4 days after its terrible and after seeing results n stuff from the last course makes u think is it worth doin it naturally!!!!!!!!! the last course made me so strong n never aked all my strength has now gone n i ake like f**k lol thanks for advive any hows guys
