Swollen lymph node in my groin
Since yesterday I'm having a swollen lymph node in my groin and I'm a little paranoid about it. It's painful when putting pressure on it.
Should I worry about this ?

I just read that acute swollen lymfnode is by rule no tumor but infection so that's a relieve...
I just moved and haven't switched doctors yet so I live far away from him, wouldn't it be okay to see if it goes away after a week ?

they should a little higher then your penis and about 3 inches away. if there painful then your fine bro. its just you body fighting an infection. the most common place for lymph nodes to swell during infection or injury are the groin, armpit, under your jaw and chin and behind your ears. now if they increased slowely and there was no pain then it could be the result of a tumor but you said that there was pain with yours which is common. another words your fine

I had the same thing a couple years ago about a month into a test cycle. Doc checked it out, said it was a lympth node, but didnt make a big deal about it. Gave me some anti-bio. The swelling never went away till I dropped my dose. Meds didnt seem to touch it. I still to this day have no idea why it happened other than my body saying "I dont want that much test" Ive never run a high dose since and have never had it reacure.

Make sure you see a Doctor ASAP....god forbid but my cousin waited too long and it ended up being lymphoma (cancer) the sooner you see a doctor the sooner they can do something about....(if it is cancer)
