    Just stopped gaining???

    Hey all. So im nearly thru my four week kicker of my current cycle. In the first two weeks I gained over 10lbs, water I know, but now, I havent moved in over a week. I seem to be loosing a little fat at the same time but I dont get it....?? This last week my strenght is really starting to rise as the test is getting ready to kick I guess, but why did my gains hault. Ive been at 184lbs for the last week..steady. Im 29yo 5'5. My diet is solid and hasnt changed. Just over 3000 clean calories, 350 pro, 250 carb and 70 fat ish. Has this happened to anyone else??

    1-4 dbol @ 40md ed
    1-14 Test E @ 500 ew
    8-16 Winny @ 50mg ed
    Cytomel 75mg ed
    Clen 2on 2 off

    This ones easy!

    YOUR NOT EATING ENOUGH!!!!

    Weight gain = caloric intake > expendicture
    weight loss = caloric intake < expendicture

    increase your carbs and proteins slowly over the next few days/weeks until you start gaining...that easy. also your training could be looked at.

    Yep up ya daily intake day by day, hopefully you will see a change.

    Also, Most likely you were getting ya gains off the Dbol and the slowly increasing dose of ya test.. i personally find with orals i get a little immune to them after a couple / few weeks and they seem to have less kick.

    Once ya test starts kicking in more in week 5 i reckon with the increased calories gaining will quicken again.

    Also try mixing up ya workout routines, amazing what a difference that can make.

    definately need to eat more.......do it slowly add 100cal a day, until you can comfortably take in another 500-1000 cal....then you should notice the weight to pick back up.....remember, it is roughly 3500 cal to equal one pound

    Thanx all.....being this close to summer im trying to walk a fine line with the carbs and fat. As you all know if your diet is clean..it is sometimes difficult to shovel down 4000cal a day. Im carb sensitive and not doing any cardio right now...so its a difficult ballance. I will up the carbs a bit and se where I go. I gotta be careful with that one....thanx.

    i take in bout 5000 cals a day, all clean...... an easy way to add some more complex carbs to your diet without bloating you too much is Maltodextrin.....just add it your after workout shake......real cheap too

    Yes I do.....100g carbs/60 g pro PWO shake, half malto half dextro....good stuff. The remainder of my carbs come from either yams, br rice or whole wheat pasta or bread. And a little from fibre veg...

    My only other carb sources are triscuits and oatmeal.....i make the oatmeal with quick oats and i make it real watery so i can drink it.......I also like it for the healthy fat....i only eat yams when i am preparing for a contest......Just a couple of suggestions....Keep on eatin!!!!
