Well at least you have a lean base to start working with... but i think diet will be the first port of call...
You have potential to gain more through changing ya diet before starting aas.
See aas as your 'ace card', which should only be played once other things like ya diet and workout regime are already spot on...
Head over the diet forum n post ya diet for critique. Also check out the diet stickies in that section and see where you can make improvements.

Good call, as while adjusting ya diet plan and putting that into action research is key.
Id say more 12 weeks for a first cycle, but then that's just my opinion.
Am a firm believer a cycle should be run as long as ya getting worthwhile gains, as long as the cycle isn't over the top.

Well can never hurt to be running everything at ya full potential...
If ya diet is normally very good and very strict then thats a good start..
Adjust ya calories depending on what ya goal is for the cycle.
Remember its 40% Training, 40% Diet, 20% AAS.
Check out threads by perfectbeast and AandF69 in the diet forum, there diet advice is 2nd to none.

Think of it this way... why do steroids have a bad reputation?
Simple..
Because they do give great gains...
But people who are 2 young to use them, or people who are 2 irresponsible use them hear and see this, so decide to jump on them.
If you do ya research and understand how to use them responsibly and understand how the actual compounds work within your body, and what ancillaries to use to minimise sides and dangers, you will have great results.

what throughs me off though is i feel like you could gain 8 lbs with creatine in 16 weeks, why are steriods better?
