how big of a pin would you guys use on your bicepts or shoulders.

23G 1inch.

I used 1inch and 3/4 didnt feel much of a difference
if you have huge guns i wouldnt worry about 1 inch. Either way i didnt like shooting into my Bi. It didnt hurt all that much it was just uncomfortable for 3-4 days stiff as all hell.

i like using smaller pins just to cut down on scar tissue and to slow down my injection times

25g 1" is good for all my sites except glutes. just dont push it all the wa yin for bi's

I agree withy buddha, but it also depends what you're shooting...some thicker oils will take longer to inject, which isn't necessarily a bad thing, but can be uncomfortable depending on where you're shooting.
