yes. and after he admitted to doing it... he refused to give us what we wanted. Which was to simply take down the book and give us 3k for AR's legal fees. THEN we wanted 30k in cash for the profit from the book and he said NO. THEN we wanted 10k cash and 1 year worth of advertising for the roid store... In return, they could continue to sell the book that infringed on us... but AGAIN he said NO. THEN we said F-YOU and now.. we are going to court.. NO MATTER WHAT THE COST. Pretty dumb of him huh... knowing that he messed up and not being a man about it. His company is built on a FALSE reputation... He thinks he has to manipulate his community. Funny thing is... most of the members at his site NOW see him as a dumbass and he is the laughing stock of most fitness boards that know him.

Elite Fitness, sends out a mailer saying they’re going to fight the lawsuit, then sends Brian an e-mail trying to negotiate….

So if you’re one of the less than 2% of ************ members who actually open their newsletters, you no doubt read all about how Elite is going to win this case when it goes to trial, right? But interestingly, after they told everyone how they aren’t going to back down and all this other happy bullshit, within a day of sending that mailer out, they sent Brian an e-mail, proposing a settlement, followed by a second one….and trying to negotiate. I’m going to c/p the header from the second one, so you can check the time vs/ the times that Elite proclaimed that they would “win” their case, and all that other bullshit they tried to feed their members. Here is the date of the mailer/forum thread, and it’s author, as posted on ************.com:

Actually, they didn’t just send one e-mail trying to get a deal, but 2 of them. But of course, if Brian took the deal, he wouldn’t be able to tell you about it, because there is a Non-Discolsure clause in it.Pretty Sneaky, huh? I just thought you might want a look behind the closed doors of what is actually going on here. Because while EF/Paul/George is talking all this shit about fighting us and being able to win, he’s actually dropping Bri e-mails and trying to save his own ass.Oh…and while there have been 1166 views of the ************ mailer about me and Brian (as of right now, 10.40 pm 2 days later), here are the numbers of views for my blog over that same time period

14th 15th 16th (According to my software, My Blog had 1264 views on the 14th - which is when the ************ mailer about me went out, my blog had 763 on the 15th - or the following day, and 517 on the 16th - which is today…these numbers are straight out of my admin CP). So what does this mean? It means that people are reading my blog more than EF’s silly little write up on me. How ****ing funny is that...in one day I get more people reading my blog (the first day) than EF has had for their mailer/main article on their topmost forum in 3 days. What a bunch of ****ing losers…less people read their 6 page mailer in 3 days on their own site than read my blog on the first day the mailer came out…and I more than doubled their number of reads in that same time period. I ****ing rule.
