    CLEN after cycle

    i just got

    clen :
    Satchet Size: 20 ML
    Dosages: 1000mcg/ml

    Wondering if this would be usefull ontop of my current PCT of :

    Week Nolvadex HCG Aromasin Vitamin E
    1 20mgs/day 500iu/day 20mgs/day 1,000iu/day
    2 20mgs/day 500iu/day 20mgs/day 1,000iu/day
    3 20mgs/day 500iu/day 20mgs/day 1,000iu/day
    4 20mgs/day 20mgs/day
    5 20mgs/day
    6 20mgs/day

    I have never taken clen before, how exactly would i use it? I am taking it for its anti-catabolic effect and also for the fat loss.

    clen is great during PCT... keeps intensity up, prevents rebound of estrogen fat and supposedly is anticatabolic as well..

    there are various ways to use clen, I suggest checking out PerfectBeasts clen FAQ...good stuff.. do a search

    not trying to highjack thread, but i've read from a couple of mods that clen during pct is a bad idea due to the fact that your trying to keep gains and clen decreases amount of calories available by increasing metabolism, and since it's anticatabolic properties are nonexistent at the doses we take, wouldn't it be better to run it after pct to avoid loss of muscle gains

    clen has been shown to be anticatabolic in humans but only after 5 wks of use. personally im torn if were to be a good idea to use in pct only because I have used it off cycle with muscle mass lost. I like it during cycle cause loss of gains are prevented or at least slowed by aas. I dont know if I would use clen in pct but if I did I would start it during cycle 5-6 wks out from pct and use the bendryl method every three wks and continue it through pct in hopes that its anticatabolic properties would take effect and it would definately help keep up strength. the 2on 2off method would not allow any anticatabolic properties to take effect and personally I think that method is not optimal for its use.
