heard they are very good, im in week 3 right now with 1.5 pills a day (37.5mg/daily) and their working pretty good, i have the fortified ones with b12 (smell like ass, pink, score down the middle)...good luck

I love the liquid. Always had good results with it. I have never tried the tabs though. Russians are so much cheaper.
