Quick Help boys!
Hey guys, im 200 pounds with about 15% body fat and i am starting a new diet and want to lean out and get some set of abs by may.... I have never really done abs, but i am more determind then ever now. I saw this linnk to the diet for cutting in the diet section....http://forums.steroid.com/showthread.php?t=75729 ... but it didint not say what the calory intake should be. Could someone here pleaes help me out.... before this diet i was eating a lot of bread with every meal so thats prolly the reason i dont got abs as it is, but im going to totally cut that out now.... so could someone please hook the calory intake i shud be taking in... thanks!

if you get abs by may, you'll be a billionaire. so do it and write a book. may is in 2 weeks.

just keep lowering you calories little by little so you dont lose muscle.. def not gonna get done in 2 weeks

give your self a little better goals to achieve and lower your expectations a little...
