Unplugging your breast glands to prevent gyno?

I'm going in for surgery in July (I just found out about this today) to repair a previous chest lift (after losing a lot of weight) that did not come out as expected by me nor the plastic surgeon. She knows about my anabolic use and has no problem with this. The only problem is, she asked I not do my cutting cycle (which I was planning to start in mid to late June). I can accept this and hold off the cycle until she gives me the all clear.

Should I ask her to unplug my glands? I read about people having this done in several threads, but I wasn't able to find much info about it on google. I guess I an not searching for the proper medical term for this procedure (can anyone tell me what it is called)? I remember reading people saying you should not have it removed because it causes a crater in your chest. Simply have it unplugged.

Since she has to open my chest again, I'm almost certain she would do this for me, but I want to research this more before I actually ask about it.

Any help will be appreciated. Thanks.

Ok a little bit more info.

Since I was overweight for a very long time, the doctor isn't 100% sure whether the residual tissue on my chest is gyno or pseudo-gyno without going in for a mammogram. Even though I had very low body fat, my chest remained the same. I am guessing this is actual child gyno then just fat. She said either way it doesn't matter. My cycle didn't cause any gyno because the excess tissue remained the same pre/during/post cycle. She said she'll take care of this regardless of what it is.

I did find this - http://www.plasticsurgery4u.com/proc...sculpture.html but of course I would love to read up a lot more on this (pros and cons) before asking for it.

If it was me, I'd have all of the gland removed. Plastic surgeon should be able to fix you up nicely. Do lots of research on how they cut you as this seems to be the key to a natural looking end result. Oh, can you say decline presses? (only after the all clear from the doc of course)

Hard Head, what term should I use when trying to research this? I just need that word or phrase so I can google it to help me find more info about this. I want to know as much as I can about this before I even ask the plastic surgeon.

Why did you have it removed instead of unplugged? From what I have read, removing it can cause a severe depression in the chest that looks really awkward. Even while sculpting the area around it, most say it never really looks natural.

    Thanks for replying!

wtf? What do you think your gland is plugged into...an electrical outlet...little wires running through your body? Yes removing all of the gland can look ugly and even then they might not get it all. Just get your tits looking right, then cycle with care using ancilaries as nessicary.

ya bro, no wiring to speak of. i see where your getting at. one would think theres a "cord" feeding the tissue but this is not the case. im still waiting for my surgeon to get back to me about a date and time the operation will take place.

he told me he would try to make them as even and proportional as he can. small incision right below the nipple and removing the right amout of gland to make it look right.

if your like me and have a golf ball sized gyno lump you can actually feel how deep into your chest this thing goes. removing it all would most certainly leave a crater below your nipple. mine is only a bit noticeable from the outside. but overall mis shapes my chest. this thing is knarly i just want it gone!!!

I'm just going to throw out what I had read.

The gland is disconnected from the surrounding tissue. This does not allow estrogen to attach itself to the gland. Thus, gyno will never occur due to the scar tissue surrounding the gland.

One plastic surgeon talks about disconnecting the gland in females:

I'm trying to find the one plastic surgeon who wrote an article that disconnects the gland, leaves the gland in place, and has never had a recurrence of breast tissue.

Well I'm not gonna read that, as long as the tissue has blood flow it is "connected" and hormones can get to it, no blood flow and it becomes necrotic (dead tissue). Breast feeding doesn't apply to you, you're a dude.
