    losing weight while sleeping?

    hey dudes , i just wrapped up my cycle last week 40 mg d-bol, 1/2 cc deca eod, 1/2 cc test cyp EOD. i started my pct and everything..question is i weight myself every morning in boxers and every nighjt in boxers.. the past few days i have been waking up 4-5 pounds less than i did when i went to bed,, and i try to makesure i hit 205 before i hit the sack at night,, now i have 2 absolutely STUFF my face like crazy and usually come up a pound or 2 short....just wondering is this a dehydration problem or is it natural...how can i lose 5 pounds overnight.?

    I always weigh less in the morning. Yes dehydration plays a role in it. Are you peeing in the middle of the night or when you 1st wake up ? Your body is also digesting the food you consume and we all know the same amount that goes in-doesnt always come out. Your body converts food while you sleep which then releases energy so while sleeping in a fasted state your metabolism is still running. You should weigh yourself at the same time every day to get an accurate measurement. It can differ from 4-5 lbs throughout the day.

    yeah I always weigh less in the morning than at night..i quit being so concerned with what the scale says and more concerned with what the mirror looks like!!! Your probably gonna drop some weight during PCT as well as any water you were retaining so weighing 205 before bed everynight isnt gonna be possible

    also when ur wayin yourself in the morning your on empty stomach appose to it being full.

    Bro your weight can fluctuate anywhere between 4-5lbs overnight.Happens to me all the time.I go to sleep weighing 203lbs and wake up at 200lbs or 199 lbs

    If you have just finished up your cycle, you could be getting rid of some water for a while???

    thanks eveybody,. btw, i had a 2nd bottle of test cyp i planned on using solo to finsh up the cycle but mr dad took it away, so i really wasnt packing on LBS as hard as i should have cuz i was counting on the 2nd bottle of test to get my expected results...does anyone have any advice on how to maintain my weight, or any good supplements? im gonna stay off the juice for atleast 3 months or so...

    clean good diet, keep the calorie intake up.

    Thats why i dont weigh myself very often.....the small weight fluctuations drive me banana sandwhiches........Especially when i am on tren , i can lose up to 8lbs in water weight throughout the night.....
