Chest pains and painful pumps Omna 250
Hi,
I am in week 4 of my first cycle, omnadren 250, 500mg WK / deca 200mg WK for joints and proviron 25mg ED.
Firstly i had no idea what i was letting myself in for, well not quite.... I have made huge gains in muscle mass all over my body especially arms chest and shoulders even my kneck is looking thicker and my hands are growing ..... weird,not much water ret as yet, carrying a little fat here and there but nothing a run around the block wouldnt get rid of.I am training flat out 4/5 times a week for 3 hours at a time.I am eating like a horse ,not really out of choice, my appetite has doubled. All of my clothes have become really tight (gay looking) gutted i had some wicked T shirts. I have also discovered that when i dont train i get all wound up easy( roid rage if you like).
Here are a few queries ....
Around week 3 i was getting quite painful pumps during training, thought this is great go to be good, only they are getting worse especially when doing super sets, and the pump is lasting for ages now last night i found it really painful driving home (in a rush to catch the golden hour) is this normal??
If im on the phone or brushing my teeth my biceps start to ache and go solid. is this like a pump or is something wrong??
I am getting very painful chest pains, in fact they have been waking me up during thi night, the pain seems to be coming from inside my chest cavity, when i take a deep breath its like my lungs hurt, what i mean is the problem dosent seem to be muscular. if i take nurofen anti inflamitry it seems to ease it . When i bend over to do up my shoe laces then i get short of breath, i have put on quite a bit of size in my mid section ( not fat because its hard) could this be anything to do with it???

I am currently on omna 250 shot eod and deca @ 400mg a week. Its only week 3 of the omna and 2 of the deca, i have been getting some sick pumps as well, but no pain in the chest or anything. Not really sure what that could be maybe you have bruised or pulled something in your rib cage. Not sure man but goodluck

Say im training chest for example i would do a set of incl dumbell press then follow on without rest straight into dumbell flye (lighter weight of course) until faliure , i would do 4sets of this exercise increasing weight e set.
A chest workout would include F B press, D B press, Inc B press ,Dumbell press, flye lat raises , cable cross, dips. then i would use a gym ball for stability flye, press.
